About Ann
Ann Battenfield, CPT, has been collaborating with clients in Human Performance Technology and Instructional Design for over 20 years. She started her consulting career in 1994. Over the years, she’s learned what it means to be a consultant and how to practice in a way that adds value to her clients, herself, and society.
In 2003, Ann became a certified mediator; she volunteers as a mediator, trainer, and coach at the Chicago Center for Conflict Resolution. In 2008, CCR awarded her Trainer of the Year; in 2009, CCR awarded her Peacemaker of the Year.
Ann has served as the International Society for Performance Improvement-Chicago Chapter President and also served as VP of Programs two separate terms. Ann participated in the development of the International Society for Performance Improvement CPT certification and is a Certified Performance Technologist. She was awarded a B.A. from Illinois Wesleyan University and a M.A. from Governor’s State University.
