Cindy Schaefges has spent her 25 year career working in both internal and external consulting capacities. She has worked with senior management to identify, design, propose, and develop appropriate training solutions for performance improvement.
For the past 14 years, Cindy has worked as an independent training consultant to develop soft skills and technical performance solutions for retail, customer service, financial, and management groups within various Fortune 500 companies. She frequently serves as team supervisor and/or project manager.
